Service Description

Two professional grade speakers on tripod stands with a music kiosk. You can expect loud clear music with a little bass. The music kiosk plays non-stop music from a playlist or your guest can select their own favorites too.


Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment -Full Payment: To secure your event date and equipment, 100% of the total booking fee must be paid at the time of online checkout. -Confirmation: A reservation is only considered "Confirmed" once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. -Rentals: Minimum [2 hours] required. Late returns will incur a fee of [$80] per hour. Cancellation & Refund Policy -Less than 14 Days: No refunds -14–29 Days: 50% refund of the total booking amount -30+ Days: Full refund minus a [25%] processing fee -Inclement Weather: We do not offer refunds due to weather. We recommend having a "Plan B" indoor location. (Note: Foggers and electronics cannot be used in rain). Rescheduling & Date Changes -Notice Period: Reschedule [7-14] days prior to your original event date. Requests less than 7 days are cancelled and not refunded nor rescheduled. -Credit Towards New Date: Requests made within the notice period, 100% of your payment will be applied as a credit toward your new date. Credits must be used within [12 months] of the original booking date. -"One-Move" Rule: To prevent indefinite holds on our inventory, bookings may be rescheduled once. Subsequent moves will incur a [$70] administrative fee. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability. If your specific items are already booked for the new date, we will work with you to find suitable substitutes of equal value/style. Damage & Equipment Care -After Delivery: The customer is responsible for theft, loss, or significant damage (e.g., punctured/blown speakers, damaged projector, stained backdrops, ripped projector screens, bent stands, etc.). -Security Hold: A "soft hold" of [$130] may be placed on your card 24 hours before the event and released after successful equipment inspection. -Cleanliness: A [$50] cleaning fee applies to items returned with debris or stains. Delivery & Setup -Access: Ensure a clear path for delivery. If our team cannot access the site at the scheduled time, we'll try contacting the customer and wait for [20 minutes]. After [20 minutes] the booking will be cancelled with no refund. Setup Area: Must be clear and allow room for proper setup. Inadequate space will cause delay or cancellation. -Technical Requirements: For any electrical equipment the customer is responsible for ensuring the venue/area has working outlets (standard 110V/120V) within [50 feet] of the setup area. No refunds if equipment cannot be used due to electrical outlets.
