Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment -Full Payment: To secure your event date and equipment, 100% of the total booking fee must be paid at the time of online checkout. -Confirmation: A reservation is only considered "Confirmed" once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. -Rentals: Minimum [4 hours] required. Late returns will incur a fee of [$80] per hour. Cancellation & Refund Policy -Less than 14 Days: No refunds -14–29 Days: 50% refund of the total booking amount -30+ Days: Full refund minus a [25%] processing fee -Inclement Weather: We do not offer refunds due to weather. We recommend having a "Plan B" indoor location. (Note: Foggers and electronics cannot be used in rain). Rescheduling & Date Changes -Notice Period: Reschedule [7-14] days prior to your original event date. Requests less than 7 days are cancelled and not refunded nor rescheduled. -Credit Towards New Date: Requests made within the notice period, 100% of your payment will be applied as a credit toward your new date. Credits must be used within [12 months] of the original booking date. -"One-Move" Rule: To prevent indefinite holds on our inventory, bookings may be rescheduled once. Subsequent moves will incur a [$70] administrative fee. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability. If your specific items are already booked for the new date, we will work with you to find suitable substitutes of equal value/style.
