Double the challenge and double the fun with our Strategy & Stacking package! Featuring the nail-biting balance of the Stack Tower Game (Tetris Tumble) and the quick-thinking competition of Giant Tic-Tac-Toe, this duo is good for all ages. Enjoy a full 6-hour rental delivered anywhere in the Summerville, SC area (up to 50 miles). Delivery, professional setup, and complete teardown are always included in price. INCLUDES: Stack Tower Game (Tetris Tumble) – Block-dropping, balancing tension. Giant Tic-Tac-Toe – The classic 3-in-a-row game on a massive scale. Delivery & Setup What areas do you deliver to? We serve Summerville, SC, and surrounding areas up to 50 miles away. How long is the rental for? Our standard yard game rental package lasts for 6 full hours. When do you arrive to set up? We arrive 30–60 minutes before your event starts so games are ready. Do I need to be present for delivery? Yes, an adult must sign the rental agreement and show where to set up. Weather & Cancellations What happens if it rains on my event day? You can reschedule for free but the new rental date will be subject to availability. Can the giant yard games be used indoors? Yes, if your venue has enough space and high ceilings, we can set up inside. What if high winds start during my event? For safety and precaution, games must be secured until wind speed are normal. Do you provide refunds for bad weather after setup? Once the equipment is set up, we cannot issue refunds for weather disruptions. The 48hour cancellation policy will apply. It's best to schedule based on weather forecasts.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment -Full Payment: To secure your event date and equipment, 100% of the total booking fee must be paid at the time of online checkout. -Confirmation: A reservation is only considered "Confirmed" once payment is received and you receive a confirmation email. -Rentals: Minimum [4 hours] required. Late returns will incur a fee of [$80] per hour. Cancellation & Refund Policy -Less than 14 Days: No refunds -14–29 Days: 50% refund of the total booking amount -30+ Days: Full refund minus a [25%] processing fee -Inclement Weather: We do not offer refunds due to weather. We recommend having a "Plan B" indoor location. (Note: Foggers and electronics cannot be used in rain). Rescheduling & Date Changes -Notice Period: Reschedule [7-14] days prior to your original event date. Requests less than 7 days are cancelled and not refunded nor rescheduled. -Credit Towards New Date: Requests made within the notice period, 100% of your payment will be applied as a credit toward your new date. Credits must be used within [12 months] of the original booking date. -"One-Move" Rule: To prevent indefinite holds on our inventory, bookings may be rescheduled once. Subsequent moves will incur a [$70] administrative fee. Availability: Rescheduling is subject to equipment availability. If your specific items are already booked for the new date, we will work with you to find suitable substitutes of equal value/style.
